Courier:
We courier our products nationwide either store to store or door to door. The store-to-store preferred courier in this case is Paxi via PEP or Shoe City.
You select a PEP / Shoe City store near to you and we send it thereafter you have made the full payment.
Door-to-door deliveries work with either your work or home address. You will have to select this option and provide your preferred delivery address.
Our products are couriered within 7-14 days in a worst-case scenario: however, we strive to overdeliver our products across the country.
Our plastic sleeves can pack up to 3 adult hoodies. Over that, we will use a bigger bag for a different package for both door-to-door and store-to-store couriers exclusively.
A tracking number will be sent to you on either email/ SMS/ WhatsApp once an order has been processed. We will keep an open communication on the status of your order until we have successfully delivered it to you.
Payment:
EFT payments may take up to 24-72 hours to reflect on our side depending on the type of bank you are using and more so over the weekend and on public holidays. In such cases, we will only process the order once we have been emailed proof of payment.
