1600L Plaid Shirt

The Clark Plaid tartan pattern is iconic to VW. It started with the GTI upholstery since the 1970s. We affiliate as a VW inspired clothing brand to pay homage to the vintage creation of fine art.

Our first mascot Beetle, a South African 1978 1600L aka "Lux bug" came in a Clark Plaid and vinyl upholstery. It's important for us to indicate where we draw inspiration from.

Product Details:

Casual wear vintage inspired shirt. The return to new flavour. Can be worn buttoned or unbuttoned with a subtle t-shirt. Dress down with jeans or dress up with chinos.

Long sleeves are finished off with a mustard tetrax fabric.

Left pocket with our scripted signature in racing blue finished in 4000 stitches of cotton thread. Our Type 2 mascot embroidered traditionally below the collar.

Loose fit. Cut bigger to sit like a bigger sibling's passed-down shirt.
